Davido and crew walk out during Wizkid's performance at NEA?

That is what US based comedian Foxy P is reporting via his Africa Today Show, where he provides a complete recap of the 2012 Nigerian Entertainment Awards which held this past Sunday September 2 in New York City. His report below
Davido and his HKN crew including Sina Rambo and B-Red came very late to the event and instead of waiting for a lull they just bounded all the way down the steps to the front row where EME stars Banky W, Skales, etc were sitting. They were relatively calm till towards the EME performance that started with XO Senevoe, Rotimi, Skales then Banky and Wizkid. At the time Wizkid came up Davido just got up with his whole crew and they all walked out. It wasn't like they were rushing anywhere because everyone was eventually going to the after party so there was no hurry. I came out after he did and noticed that the entire HKN crew were just standing outside the auditorium doing nothing. It was clear to see they came out because they couldn't stand to watch Wizkid perform

N5000 NOTES will kill Production- Obasanjo warns

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Thursday said the introduction of the N5,000 note would kill production and affect small businesses negatively.
Obasanjo, who spoke at a roundtable advocacy forum organised by the Institute of Directors, Nigeria, in Lagos, said the way the Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Lamido Sanusi, was fighting inflation by removing money from circulation was improper.
While speaking on the cost of doing business in the country, Obasanjo called on stakeholders and government agencies to rise up to the challenge.
He said some observers had suggested that the Vision 2020 blueprint was somewhat of an ambitious agenda, which was unrealisable considering the daunting challenges confronting businesses in the country.
Obasanjo said the 2012 annual report of the International Finance Corporation and the World Bank publication titled, ‘Doing business in a more transparent world,’ noted that a record number of African countries took decisive steps to encourage more local entrepreneurs to come into the formal economy over the past 12 years.
He said, “Across the continent, 15 countries lowered barriers to entry for new businesses, 23 facilitated access to credit, and seven made it easier to pay taxes. Nigeria is not in any of these leagues.
“In its 2008 report, Nigeria ranked 108 out of 178 countries and in the space of four years, we rank 137 out of 183 countries measured. This is a damning report on our business environment and, therefore, calls for more concerted efforts by various stakeholders on how to ensure that this trend is reversed and the Nigeria business environment is made more conducive for investments and less costly for businesses to thrive. We cannot aim for 2020 if we do not halt the downward spiral.”
Also at the forum, the Minister of Trade and Investment, Mr. Olusegun Aganga, said nine industrial cities in the country would begin to enjoy uninterrupted electricity supply by the first quarter of 2013.
He said his ministry had made contacts with the Ministry of Power to ensure the provision of electricity to nine cities with high industrial activities.
This, he said, was aimed at reducing the cost of doing business in the country, as well as enhancing the economy, as the nation worked towards realising its Vision 2020 objectives.
“I have discussed with the Minister of Power for the provision of uninterrupted power supply to nine major industrial cities by the end of Q1 next year. The impact of this on our business environment will definitely mean well and this will also help bring down the cost of doing business in Nigeria,” he said.
The minister said his ministry was also working hard to ensure that the company registration process did not exceed 24 hours, as obtainable in some advanced nations.

A Must Read! Marriages & Relationships Success By Sam Oye

MARRIAGES & RELATIONSHIPS ARE POWERED BY GRATITUDE

Gratitude guarantees future performances in any marriage or relationship. If you are thankful for small things in your relationship or marriage, you will attract big ones. If you recognize little efforts made by your spouse or potential spouse, you will see great results. Great relationships and successful marriages are powered by a continuous flow of Gratitude.

When individuals in a marriage or relationship decides to continuously focus on appreciating one another’s efforts, results and good works, gratitude becomes a lifestyle.

Wrong perspective and perception can negatively affect your sense of gratitude. If you learn to see the cup as half full, it will someday become full. But, if you always see the cup as half empty, it will one day become empty.

Beware of Ingratitude! It destroys the foundation for any healthy relationship and destroys the bonds in most marriages. It is powered by comparison, insensitivity, envy, and disregard for your partner’s sacrifices. It also creates the atmosphere for complaining, murmuring, frustration and discontent. Ingratitude if unchecked can trigger break ups and divorces.

I pray for you that, God will increase your capacity to express gratitude. As you begin to appreciate the little things that people do for you, with you or to you, you will begin to attract extraordinary things. You will not fail, you will fulfill your destiny.

Dear readers: My wife is a nympho and I'm traveling soon

Dear Readers
I'm a Ghanaian man married to a Nigerian woman from the south and in all my years of dating women, I have never come across a woman who loves sex like my wife does. Initially I was flattered by it thinking she found me irresistible, but I've realised it's not about me. She loves sex so much and can't go for more than a week without it. One time I traveled to Abuja for business and after being in the city for five days, my wife she flew in just to have sex and left the following day. Since being married (two years with two kids) we have never really been apart for so long so I have always managed to satisfy her sexual needs.
The reason I'm writing in now is because I'm traveling to Europe soon for business and I will be away for two months. If not for the little children, I would have taken my wife with me. If she can't do without sex for more than a week, how are we going to survive two months apart? I am afraid she will cheat on me

Married Woman Caught Having Sex With Gate Man In Husband's Bedroom

I am afraid for my safety as I send this information to you. Olu Famous please leave my e-mail address and name out of this. My purpose of writing is to get people's opinion on what to do.

I arrived Lagos about three months ago to stay with my uncle and his wife, who's an Ibo woman. By the way my uncle is from Edo State and their marriage is about four years without kids. In the last week of August my bros travelled to the North on official business and something happened in his bedroom.

I came back that day because I could not meet up a job appointment in Igando area due to heavy traffic. I was reluctant to return home since I had just left but I couldn't think of a better place to go so I headed home. On getting to our compound, I didn't find the gate man at his post and I was even angry because of the security risk of him leaving the gate open like that.

But something got me worried when I saw the gate man's sandals right inside our sitting room. I just told myself that something is going between the my uncle's wife and this dirty boy. I was right, when I moved close to the window of my uncle's bedroom I started hearing screams of sexual pleasure from his wife. I tried to peep into the room but it was difficult because of the protector.

So, I summoned courage and walk to the door as if I wanted to tell my uncle's wife that I was back. I opened the door and caught the adulterous woman red-handed under the dirty gate man (boy). Sadly, the gate man was already ejaculating so he couldn't get up immediately, it took him few seconds to jump off and grab his clothes.

I simply walked away and returned to the sitting room, pretending to be watching a programme on the TV. Few minutes later my uncle's wife joined me and started begging that it would not happen again. I didn't say a word but when she kept pressing I said ok I've heard. Later she brought food for me but I refused it and since then she has been putting pressure on me.

The unfortunate thing is now she even wants me to sleep with her as an assurance that I wont tell my uncle, always coming to my room half naked. Because of this I've not eating in the house in the last one week, I'm almost going broke already.

My uncle may be back next week. I will like people with more experience to tell me what to do when he comes back. Should I tell my uncle the kind of wife he married or quietly move out?

Sex Photos of 50 Nigerian Girls Found On Cynthia's Killers; Plus Their Escapades

It is indeed very sad how some guys go out of their way to inflict pains on ladies who had trusted them, for whatever reason. Although ladies really need to be careful but it's not a crime to trust a man.

Police detectives at the Area E Command, Lagos have revealed that late Cynthia Osokogu’s killers took pictures of her and their other victims while sexually assaulting them.

The Area Commander, Damian Okoro, said “the pictures are contained in a recovered black Compaq 610 laptop belonging to Nwabufor Okwuomo, one of the suspects who lured the deceased to Lagos.”

The laptop is also said to contain over 50 nude photographs of female victims who have fallen prey to the suspect. Some of the photographs showed girls tied with rope and their mouths covered with cello tape with objects inserted in their private part.

Osokogu’s naked photographs also showed bites and wounds inflicted all over her.

Meanwhile, the Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation on Wednesday said it had concluded arrangements to sue the management of Cosmilla Hotel in Festac Town, Lagos, where Osokogu was murdered over illegal operation.

The deceased was drugged, raped and dispossessed of her belongings and later killed in the hotel.

The corporation also said it had issued a query to the management of the hotel to explain why it had refused to register with it in accordance with laid-down rules and regulations.

A statement issued by NTDC’s Director of Communications, Mr. Akin Onipede in Abuja quoted the Director-General of the corpration, Chief Segun Runsewe as saying that they would “file formal charges against the management of Cosmilla Hotel for illegal operation since it was not registered with the corporation.”

Scandal: "I Bought Cocaine For Abacha's Son With Money From Selling Maryam's Jewelries"

There is crisis in the home of former military dictator, the late Sani Abacha. A telephone operator in the family house, who is standing trial before a Kano Chief Magistrate’s Court over alleged theft of jewelries belonging to former First Lady, Hajiya Maryam Abacha, has opened a can of worms.

The man, Abdullahi Ali, told the court that son of the late military head of state sent him to sell the gold and buy cocaine with the proceeds.

Ali, who was charged to court along three others for the offence committed in 2007, denied the allegation of theft and house breaking in his defence on Wednesday. While being led by his counsel, Barrister Abubakar Muhammad, the accused said Abdullahi Sani Abacha gave him the jewelries about five years ago, when his mother was away in Abuja.

“He directed me to sell it and take the money to one Tony in Sabon Gari [quarters] to collect cocaine for him,” Ali said. He also said Abdullahi almost killed him when he refused to comply with a similar directive, earlier on.

The accused person, who has been in prison custody for five years, said he was given N110,000 as part payment for the gold which he sold N220, 000. “I took the money to Tony and collected the cocaine,” he added.

Ali, however, said when Maryam Abacha returned from the journey and discovered that she had been robbed, other house servants who were not in good terms with him roped him in. He said the chief security officer to the former First Lady, Captain Hassan along with Mohammed Ali, Musa Ya’u and Murtala Ali, told Maryam that they were suspecting him.

“When I told the police about Tony, Captain Hassan quickly called him on the phone and asked him to run away and since then I have not heard from him again,” he said.

Chief Magistrate Khadi-jah Mustapha adjourned the case to September 19, for further hearing.

Exposed! Patience Jonathan Undergoes Surgery For Appendix –German Hospital

Despite the lies being bandied around by officials in the presidency, a spokesperson for the Horst Schmidt Klinik in Wiesbaden, Germany, has revealed that Nigeria's First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan was indeed in a bad state of health when she arrived at the hospital last week.

The hospital’s official also confirmed that initial records showed that Mrs. Patience Jonathan had earlier been treated for food poisoning in Nigeria before being brought to the Horst Schmidt Klinik.

She however said Mrs Jonathan was responding to treatment after she had undergone a major surgery for a ruptured appendix to remove the poisons in her intestine.

During an eight-minute telephone chat yesterday through telephone number +49611433436, a senior consultant of the hospital who spoke on condition of anonymity, said Mrs. Jonathan was brought to the hospital early last week after the management of the hospital had been contacted and briefed on the deteriorating health condition of the first lady.

She said that Mrs. Jonathan was getting better but added that the hospital management would ensure that she was fully fit before she would be allowed to go back to Nigeria.

When those who made the call demanded further details, the hospital official said it was improper and unethical for her to make such details available to a third party, ending the call and refusing to pick up subsequent calls.

A reliable source in Aso Rock said the decision to take the First Lady to Germany for better treatment was borne out of the fact that her medical aides in Nigeria complained that they could not get accurate diagnosis as a result of insufficient medical facilities in the country.

Twelve days after she left the country, her Media Assistant, Ayo Osinlu, yesterday said there is no definite date yet for her return.

Pastor Caught In Hotel Room With Male Church Member

The General Overseer of Jesus Intervention Ministry, Prince Egimonele, has been arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Lagos on charges of having sex with a male partner and an attempt to have unlawful carnal knowledge.

The “homosexual” pastor was recently arrested by men of the Nigeria Police Force, Ijesha Police Division, in a hotel room as he attempted to have sex with a male member of his church.

The victim, 23-year-old Chdiebere Mozie, a drummer in his church, had played along with the pastor’s advances after intimating the police of his unholy request. The police instructed him to follow him to the hotel along Ijesha Road; they laid ambush and immediately arrested him when he tried to carry out the devilish act.

In possession of the pastor was a pack of Viagra (a libido booster), Rough Rider condoms, cream and fruit juice which he intends to use to “enjoy” himself with the boy.

The randy pastor, a native of Abia State, and one Lawrence, his accomplice, pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to them. The Magistrate granted them bail with two sureties each and adjourned the case till November 10, 2011.

But Pastor Egimonele and Lawrence were immediately moved to the Kirikiri maximum Prison when nobody agreed to sign their bail conditions
