SAN FRANCISCO, October 12, (THEWILL) - Keystone Bank Limited has named Dr. Shehu K. Muhammad as it’s Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer following Thursday’s resignation of Mr. Oti Ikomi as MD/CEO.
A meeting of the board of the bank convened today by Chairman, Mr. Moyo Ajekigbe approved his appointment in acting capacity pending the CBN’s approval and confirmation as substantive MD/CEO.
Dr. Muhammad was until his appointment, an Executive Director with the bank.
Keystone Bank Limited was previously known as Bank PHB Plc. The bank was rescued and nationalized during the global recession
